Evy Smith is an experienced international executive with 30 years of corporate and consulting business and marketing experience. A former Chief Marketing Officer of a wireless company, Evy possess a wide array of strategic and business planning skills, marketing, sales and customer care expertise. Throughout her career, she has managed the entire marketing mix and has developed an in-depth understanding and appreciation for all the elements required to help corporations, non-profits and individuals achieve their goals.

Evy's corporate marketing and operations experience includes assignments with Sequential Circuits, Pacific Bell, British Telecom, Cellular One, LA Cellular, Centennial Communications, and Frontier Communications.

In 2002, Evy founded the consulting firm Boffo Productions, focusing on business and non-profit strategic planning, all aspects of marketing both strategic and tactical, and event planning and production. Boffo Productions’ business clients include: Rosen Realty Group, Diversified Healthcare Services, Citizens Communications, California Bank and Trust, Transcend, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Lautze and Lautze.

Since 2006, Evy has managed the entire marketing spectrum for Venrock, the premiere venture capital group originally funded by the Rockefeller family. The scope of her services include strategic marketing planning, tactical implementation of brand development and support, website design, development and maintenance, PR, events, portfolio company support and special projects.

In the non-profit sector, Evy augmented her public secondary-level teaching career with Board membership for the San Francisco School Volunteers, the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce and with a position as the program director for the Foundation for the State Bar of California. Her non-profit consulting customers include: The LA Sports Academy, San Francisco Architectural Heritage, the National Basketball Retired Players Association, Sustainable Conservation, Social Fusion, Workplace Hollywood, Save the Redwoods League, and the Carmel Bach Festival.

Evy graduated from UC Berkeley, obtained her credential from the University of San Diego, and earned her MBA from Golden Gate University.
